A dairy-free gout meal plan
Dairy leaves the ingredient pool completely — the rest of the planning stays the same.
This plan applies
- Exclusion: dairy products
- Purine and fructose values still shown
- Swap notes stay inside the exclusion
Exclusions are personal: lactose, allergies, or simply taste. This preset takes dairy products out of the ingredient pool before the week gets built — the rest of the engine runs exactly as it does for every other plan.
Purine and fructose figures keep their place on every plate, and the swap notes attached to a food stay inside the same exclusion rules.
Questions
- What counts as dairy here?
- Milk, yogurt, cheese, butter and cream — the dairy group as tagged in the ingredient data. Foods that contain only traces of milk solids stay in the pool unless the exclusion list is extended.
- Can I stack more exclusions?
- Yes. Exclusions are a profile setting; the dairy-free preset is one saved combination of them.
- Do the purine values change with the exclusion?
- No. Values are per 100 g from the source databases and do not depend on the plan. The exclusion only changes which plates the engine draws from.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. GoutPlate presents sourced data and tool output. It does not provide medical advice — see the full disclaimer.
