The gout meal plan generator
Seven days at a time, filtered by your scenario — purine and fructose totals computed per plate and per day.
This plan applies
- 7 days per plan, no repeated main ingredients
- Filters: flare mode, comorbidities, budget, household size, exclusions
- Purine and fructose totals per plate and per day
This is the engine every preset on the site shares: pick a scenario, set household size and exclusions, and get a 7-day plan in which each plate carries its purine total and — where the source data has it — its fructose figure.
The presets on the meal-plan pages are saved combinations of these filters. Generation opens together with accounts; the food database it draws from is live right now.
Questions
- How long does generation take?
- The target is a few seconds — the engine works from pre-loaded plate and food data rather than querying sources live.
- What do the estimates include?
- Per plate: purine total from the USDA/ODS-NIH Purine Database, and fructose where USDA FoodData Central carries it. Per day: both, summed across plates. Missing values show “No data available” rather than a guess.
- When exactly does it open?
- Together with accounts, which are being built now. This page will link straight into the generator the moment it is live — no other changes needed.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. GoutPlate presents sourced data and tool output. It does not provide medical advice — see the full disclaimer.
